i enrolled a new customer in June 2013 for the business builder pack.the commission has not been paid after several complaints to customer service.
the response received are form letters stating that the ticket has been referred to accounts. In one instance I was told that the commission was paid and that the ticket is closed. I replied that the commission was not paid then in August I got an email that the commission will be paid..
to date nothing.I have to open a new ticket each time to say that the commission is not paid because the response always state that the ticket is closed.
